The following pricing information applies to services provided by Movement Orthopaedic Institute. Our goal is to offer transparent and competitive pricing for orthopedic procedures. However, please read the following terms carefully to understand the scope and limitations of our pricing structure.
Included in Bundle Pricing:
The bundle price for surgical procedures includes:
- Surgeon’s fee
- Anesthesiologist’s fee
- Operating room facility fee
- Postoperative follow-up visits
Not Included in Bundle Pricing:
The following services and expenses are not included in the bundle price and may incur additional costs:
- Surgical hardware or implants (e.g., plates, screws for orthopedic procedures)
- These items are provided at cost with no markup
- Pricing will be disclosed after consultation and prior to surgery
- Initial consultation with the surgeon
- This fee is not included in the bundle price and cannot be applied to the total procedure cost
- Diagnostic studies, including:
- Lab work, MRIs, X-rays
- Specialist consultations for medical risk assessment
- Ancillary care, including:
- Physical therapy and rehabilitation services
- Durable medical equipment (e.g., knee braces, wheelchairs)
- Postoperative pain medications
Payment Terms & Insurance Considerations
- Bundle pricing is only available to patients who pay the full amount in advance.
- This pricing structure is made possible by reducing administrative costs and eliminating non-payment risks.
- Hybrid pricing options may be available for patients with insurance—insurance may be applied to all services except for the surgeon’s fee. Please contact our office for more details.

- All pricing is subject to change without prior notice. Patients are encouraged to confirm the most up-to-date costs before scheduling any procedure.
- The bundle pricing applies only to services explicitly listed in the agreement. Any additional services, treatments, or complications may result in separate charges.
- Movement Orthopaedic Institute reserves the right to modify its pricing structure based on operational costs, regulatory changes, and other factors.
